By accessing this website or purchasing from Sharva, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

You must provide current and accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information. You may not use the website or products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with security, upload harmful code or infringe another person's rights.

Product photographs and colours may vary by screen and handcrafted pieces may have minor variations. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. GST is calculated and displayed in cart and checkout. Availability, descriptions and prices may be corrected before an order is accepted.

An order is subject to payment authorisation, stock and our acceptance. We may limit or cancel quantities where information is inaccurate, payment is not authorised or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method.

Sharva currently accepts delivery addresses within India only. Delivery is arranged through Shiprocket or an available domestic delivery partner. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by address, serviceability, inspection or events beyond our control.

Cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges and future buy-back requests are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Buy-Back Policy. Inspection and eligibility conditions apply.

Payment, shipping and other tools may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Sharva is not responsible for their content or practices.

Website content, branding, photographs and designs are owned by or licensed to Sharva. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. You remain responsible for material you submit and must have the right to provide it.

To the extent permitted by law, Sharva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree to indemnify Sharva for loss caused by your unlawful use or breach of these terms.
